Solve the problem of powder leakage at the connection between the material receiving trough and the screen ship of the powder cleaning machine commonly used in the market, and the need for regular maintenance and replacement of wearing parts such as connecting rods and rubber bearings.
  • Parts that are frequently in contact with materials are mostly made of 304 stainless steel and POM engineering plastics. The outside of the material receiving trough is designed with a 304 stainless steel cover plate to effectively avoid external contamination of materials in the material trough and the phenomenon of materials blowing to the outside, and improve the hygiene level;
  • The multi-tooth limit sieve material distribution dial plate is made of POM engineering plastic, with adjustable damping, accurate positioning, easy and fast disassembly and cleaning, and the POM material can maintain the original quality of the sieve material;
